Drove home after a busy day visiting here and there. Blown away (again) by the beauty of the light and landscape of Swedish countryside. A good day on the whole.

It's a bright summer day outside, and I have been out there, but somehow I've been more inside my head than anywhere else.

Wonderful evening laughing. Rocking outfit with polkadots matching polkadots and my knitted cardi. Had help taking the photo around 11pm in pouring rain. Out of focus, but more representative of the night than the close-up of "happy, tired" that I snapped myself on the train home.

Dusk light at the end of a sunny day seems appropriate. The memory of blinding bright.

Inefficient day ended with a night drive to Stockholm. He slept beside me as I drove. And drove. And drove. And drove. Pretty night skies and an audio book probably saved me from insanity.

Summer Sunday. Work, play and gardening.

Started the day being the teacher in a high school class. Ended it being the student at a lecture about sustainability and consumption. I'm consumed, and the tempo this week is not sustainable. At least I got a window seat.
