Swedish Game Fair. A hunter's dream. I'm no hunter. He is. I was wet and cold after a rain shower that soaked me. But He was happy and it was nice to see.
A day walking around in, and riding on a boat just outside, Stockholm. A day that was mostly about the dog. I forgot to take pictures. This at least proves I was in Stockholm.
Inefficient day ended with a night drive to Stockholm. He slept beside me as I drove. And drove. And drove. And drove. Pretty night skies and an audio book probably saved me from insanity.
A scattered day with scattered feelings. I bought some art today and got the idea to make some myself. This is a portrait drawn in 30 seconds without looking at the paper.
Lightning struck our house yesterday. Today is a dark day post thunder with sunny weather, thunderous headache, swollen feet and narcoleptic tendencies. No internet, no phone and a black stain on the wall.
Started the day being the teacher in a high school class. Ended it being the student at a lecture about sustainability and consumption. I'm consumed, and the tempo this week is not sustainable. At least I got a window seat.
I tagged along as my loved one went to watch a bowhunting target competition. Despite my scepticism I enjoyed myself more than I had expected. If nothing else it was at least a nice stroll in the woods.
It is also an experiment in photographic expression, something I don't really master (yet).
And it is a shared adventure.
My friend Ulrika will be posting her self portraits during the same 365 days, and our discussions about the experience is also part of what I hope to get out of this.
