I was going to take a photo of all I had to do. Berry picking, planning, working, balling yarn, playing with dog... And then all of a sudden - the day went dark and it's night time again!
Where did the day go?
Hopefully you'll get to see some berries tomorrow...

A wonderful afternoon at a flea market with a friend.
It takes my worry away to play with new old buttons...

Thursday, July 29, 2010

I should have taken a photo of myself during my photo excursion in the countryside. I forgot.
Instead I have to admit this. I promised I never would again. But then He offers to play with me. New little character. It was fun to see it again, but I don't really understand my past obsession with it.

Back at the office trying to be efficient.
Emphasis on trying.

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

Something of a stomach ache. Physical and psychological tummy trouble.

Monday, July 26, 2010

Boring photo. Boring day. Back to work, and I'm in the same position now at 9pm as I was at 9 am: In front of the laptop.

Sunday, July 25, 2010

Last day of vacation is all about keeping my anxieties at bay, and focus on the handiwork. Knitting. Knitting. Knitting.

Saturday, July 24, 2010

A lot can be said about my crazy feet. I don't want to talk about them.
I walk around on wobbly, knobbly feet. Today is especially like that.

Friday, July 23, 2010

Enough! People intruding, leeching, misbehaving... Too many, too long. Thank God they're leaving. I came Very Close to screaming.

Thursday, July 22, 2010

At the zoo. Busy day being touristy.
Many people and not always my way of doing things, but in all a very good day.

Wednesday, July 21, 2010

Day full of sunshine and people visiting. Although it is almost too much, I am happy being the hostess. Feeling so very At Home in this house.

Tuesday, July 20, 2010

This day flew by. Lots of people over and a lot to do. So I forgot this - again.
And I had such plans for 69...

Monday, July 19, 2010

I almost forgot this today, so I snapped one with my laptop's "photo booth". This is the first attempt. No photoshop or other tampering.
This is the dark truth. It's late.

Sunday, July 18, 2010

I put on my new necklace. An old print-type-thingy with the letter T. I love it.
A very at home day being worried about the has-to-dos, that don't need to be done right now. It's difficult to relax, but I am trying.

Saturday, July 17, 2010

Drove home after a busy day visiting here and there. Blown away (again) by the beauty of the light and landscape of Swedish countryside. A good day on the whole.

Friday, July 16, 2010

Pressure i don't need and opinions I don't share. Today it got to me when it didn't have to. I try to walk away from it...

Thursday, July 15, 2010

I spent last night in total bliss... I rearranged all my yarns in the cabinet.
Today I've been showing off my yarn to appreciative admirers who came to visit. It feels like vacation for real when you can spend hours on end talking about, and petting yarn.

Wednesday, July 14, 2010

Today sweat and fatigue is over shadowed by the love of yarn. Photo of reflection in yarn cabinet door.
Slowly going back to normal.

(I'm realising you keep getting the same faceshots over and over. I will start managing my fear of my bulging silhouette and my misshapen feet eventually. Still working on feeling cute up here.)

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

The daylight confuses me. Jetlag and narcolepsi have a lot in common. A weird day of doing a lot and nothing all at once.

Monday, July 12, 2010

I have slept about three hours since that last photo, and it's almost exactly 12 hours later. Not sure what day it is without using a calender and a calculator combined. Nice to be home though.

This photo is taking in dawn light over Copenhagen before landing at 6.35 this morning. I had then been awake only twenty hours or so... In my head, it's just 12.35 am.

Saturday, July 10, 2010

Corn on the cob followed by cookie dough chocolate chip ice cream. I've had worse.
A good day on the whole, but this emotional roller coaster will probably be more exhausting than jet lag going home.

Friday, July 9, 2010

We saw the Liberty Bell and are still gobsmacked. Or we're just too tired to stay sane. I'm not sure which. A confusing day filled with good experiences and heavy emotional luggage. Oh joy.
We find ways to keep smiling together. Or rather: He keeps me smiling.

Thursday, July 8, 2010

A star in stripes, and the stars and stripes.
New York, New York. My feet hurt in your honor.
Damn how we walked. And walked. In the heat.

Wednesday, July 7, 2010

More yarn shopping, but also a first glance of Philadelphia. 103 degrees Fahrenheit (about 40 centigrade) makes this one of the warmest days I can remember. Good shopping, bad sweating.

Tuesday, July 6, 2010

Knit shopping. Yarn, gadgets and books. Finding new soul mates in the little ladies in the Wonderful store I found. (Twist - New Hope, PA). Apart from the heat it's a wonderful day.
Still keeping some things on the inside, because I need to.

Monday, July 5, 2010

Missing Rolff. Cuddling substitute dog Sweetie.

Sunday, July 4, 2010

I am sharing wonderful experiences with my Loved One. I focus on that good part.
(And no, that is not a wallpaper behind us. It is the actual View.)

Saturday, July 3, 2010

This was His day. Gettysburg. I was in no way this bored - it was actually quite exiting, but it is the only photographic evidence I have showing I was there...

Friday, July 2, 2010

A day of travelling by car. Not much to report except jet lag and a very loud air conditioner in a hotel. Many things are very American. I am not.

Thursday, July 1, 2010

Flying to the US to visit my father. Eight hour flight screwing with time differences. I am tired and slightly intimidated by what this trip could be like.
